Almost all of our students progress to Reigate College or East Surrey College, where an unrivalled range of academic and vocational courses is on offer. Reigate College offers over 30 different 'A' and A/S level courses. East Surrey College has outstanding specialist facilities for over 200 vocational and academic courses. As opportunities in Higher Education become wider and more accessible, we are delighted to be able to offer our students the solid foundations of GCSE success here at The Warwick combined with such an extensive range of courses at 16+. Close liaison between The Warwick and the two Colleges ensures a smooth transfer. Both Colleges guarantee our students a place, even though oversubscribed.

So that our students may take full advantage of the opportunities offered after the age of 16, we lay the foundations and prepare them by:

Expecting students to take responsibilities and make decisions as they progress through the school, for example as members of the Year and School Councils.

Enabling Year 11 students to show leadership potential as School Prefects, Sports, Arts and Subject Captains and Senior Students.

Involving students in evaluating their own progress through involvement in the Record of Achievement process and Parents' Evenings.

Offering Taster Days in both Colleges for students in Year 10.

Arranging a week of work experience in Year 10.

Providing computer analysis to help clarify career aspirations.

Organising individual interviews for Year 11 students with qualified Careers Officers.

Continuing liaison with link tutors from both Colleges, who visit regularly, interview individual students, and attend Parents' Evenings.

It is not surprising therefore that our students consistently produce some of the best results in the Colleges
